  • Giacomo Fornasieri earned his B.A. and M.A. in Philosophy at the Catholic University in Milan. He obtained his Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Salerno and KU Leuven. Afterward, he spent three years spent as Postdoctoral Researcher in Medieval Philosophy at LUMSA University in Rome. His research focuses on Late Medieval philosophy of mind, ontology, and metaphysics, with specific regard to the Late Franciscan theologian Peter Auriol. Part of the Auriol Editing Group, he is co-editing Peter Auriol’s Commentary on Book II of the Sentences.
